I simply entered my details and WhatsApp number, and I was contacted shortly afterwards by Zander, one of their sales/technical guys. Zander was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He made sure my RAM was secured and kept safely for me until I could come and collect it. That kind of service really makes a difference! When I arrived at the shop, I was genuinely impressed by how warmly I was welcomed. The team took the time to show me and explain more about their products, and I ended up discovering a 24-inch Samsung gaming monitor/TV that really caught my attention. They helped me choose what suited me, gave me a great price, and I ended up purchasing it along with a gaming mouse, keyboard, and gaming monitor. Everything was handled professionally, and I left the shop extremely happy with my purchases and the service I received. A big THANK YOU to Zander and the whole team at YIPE’S Tech Store.
