We chose Labels Online because their quotation promised despatch within 7–10 working days, which was quicker than other suppliers. We accepted a higher price specifically for that shorter lead time. We placed our order on 28 September. After repeatedly chasing for updates, we have now been told it will not be despatched until 16 October, with delivery expected on 19 October—three weeks after ordering. The communication has been extremely poor. We received no proactive updates and had to keep chasing for a clear answer. We were also told there was an issue with the template, despite having discussed our requirements and supplied the exact PDF template. When we requested cancellation and a refund, we were told they would retain £175 for tooling, even though their written quotation lists the tooling charge as £0.00. As long-standing customers, this has been deeply disappointing. The quoted lead time was the deciding factor in choosing them, and the revised schedule defeats the reason we placed the order. We have requested a full refund and will update this review with the outcome.
