Consumer Complaints and Reviews

First rate online experience
I ordered a Thierry Lasry sunglass frame and my original color choice had a damaged lens. I could have waited, but they had the same style in a different color combination available in the store. I switched to that. Their online help is first rate and because of the delay in the original order they shipped out the replacement in two-day air. Furthermore, they have an outstanding selection of frames. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Poor service
Honestly, I do not know why people choose to go into the service industry if they do not have any people skills at all! But I do know one thing, all those people work here!

Remarkably bad
I hate talking badly about shops and services, but this one truly deserves it! I have never had a worse experience in my life!

They will make certain you end up happy
All my experiences with these guys have been remarkable. They are very caring to their customer and understanding even when you are wrong. I can’t say more, they are just beautiful people doing a great job.
